Dinner is served at the historic Estate House, Jumby Bay's signature restaurant located in a 230-year-old colonial manor. Crisp white tablecloths, candlelight, fine porcelain and the melodic swirl of Ellington, Fitzgerald and the like set a romantic, Post-Colonial mood in which to enjoy Executive Chef Frederic Wagnon's signature menus and tasting options of modern European inspiration. From May to December, dinner is offered each evening except Wednesday and Sunday. Dress Policy
