Rosewood Appoints Andrew M. Hedley Managing Director

DALLAS - Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, the premier manager of ultra-luxury properties throughout the world, is pleased to announce the appointment of Andrew M. Hedley as Managing Director of Jumby Bay, A Rosewood Resort in Antigua. As Managing Director, Hedley will oversee all areas of Jumby Bay, relaunched this month after an extensive $28-million refurbishment, including new guest rooms and villas, an all new Verandah restaurant and Jumby Bay's first spa, Sense, A Rosewood Spa®.

Hedley is a 24-year-veteran of the hospitality industry and has gained experienced in some of the world's best resorts, including Kirawira Camp in Western Serengeti, Cap Juluca in Anguilla, and Peter Island in Tortola. He also purchased, renovated and ran Chateau de Tail, an inn and restaurant in south west France. Hedley joins Rosewood Hotels & Resorts immediately following five very successful years as General Manager of Carlisle Bay Resort in Antigua.
